Meet The Herd

Preston O’Brien, CPA – Owner & CEO

Preston O’Brien is a seasoned professional with a diverse background. After serving in the US Air Force as an officer and his transition to a civilian commercial airline pilot Captain, he earned a BBA in Accounting and became a CPA. He held executive positions at a major electric utility and a real estate development company, where he oversaw finance, operations, and significant growth initiatives. Now, as the owner of Iron Bison Homes, he is able to focus his diverse skill set on building exceptional homes. He combines his strategic leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise to deliver high-quality, innovative homes that meet the needs of modern homeowners. His commitment to excellence, high character, a meticulous attention to detail and a priority for customer satisfaction drive every aspect of his leadership.

Lauren Slatten – Designer, Krem Interiors

My name is Lauren Slatten, a Californian home-grown gal who is now raising a family with my husband in Norman, OK in what we like to call; from coast to prairie. I grew up off a country road in Santa Cruz where the redwoods meet the ocean. The natural beauty that surrounded me deeply impacted the way I saw and experienced life. This passion carried into my adult years as interior design became a natural expression of what I held dear for so long; beauty, tranquility and peace. This is where Krem Interiors came to life. I have a naturally relaxed approach to design with timeless intent inspired most by English country. I am so glad you’re here and to be apart of your design story would be a great honor!
